Refunds

All purchases are final. Rose sells digital software licenses that are delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once an order is completed.

1. No refunds

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
  • Payment chargebacks are prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

2. Why refunds are not offered

License keys are delivered automatically at checkout and cannot be "returned." Once a key is displayed or redeemed, the product has been consumed. This is standard for digital software and license-based products.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Not reading product description or system requirements.
  • Account bans or actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g. game publishers).
  • Software detection, downtime, or compatibility issues.
  • Failure to join Discord or complete panel registration.
  • Sharing or leaking your license key.
  • Termination of your license for violating our Terms of Use.

4. Order issues

If you did not receive your license key after a successful payment, contact us on Discord within 24 hours with your Order ID from checkout. We will help locate your order — this is support for delivery, not a refund guarantee.

5. Chargebacks & fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your product is considered fraud. We reserve the right to permanently ban your account, revoke your license, and submit delivery proof to the payment processor.
