1. Products & delivery

Rose sells digital software licenses delivered electronically through our official crypto checkout on https://rose-cheats.com. Products are intangible digital goods — license keys, downloads, and panel access. Delivery is complete once your key is sent to the email you provide at checkout.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase and use digital software in your region.
  • You will comply with applicable laws and the rules of any platform you use our software with.

3. License grant

When you purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software. You do not own the software. All intellectual property remains with Rose and its licensors. Sharing, reselling, or leaking license keys is prohibited.

4. Account & HWID

Licenses are bound to your account and hardware ID (HWID) through our authentication system. HWID resets are limited by cooldown rules. Attempting to bypass licensing, crack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the software results in permanent termination without refund.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks. See our Refund Policy for full details. By completing a purchase, you waive any right to a refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or redistribute the software or keys.
  • Use the software for fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks.
  • Share accounts, keys, or panel credentials with others.
  • Harass staff or abuse support channels.

7. Risk & disclaimer

You use Rose software at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, undetected status, compatibility with every system, or that third-party platforms will not take action against your account. The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including account bans, data loss, hardware issues, or lost profits - arising from use or misuse of our products.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and panel access at any time if you violate these Terms, initiate a chargeback, or engage in abuse. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
